*Red Wine Sauce – A rich, silky sauce to serve alongside, made from scratch with classic aromatics and reduced to perfection.
*British Mashed Potatoes – Creamy, buttery mash done the proper way - smooth, indulgent, and the perfect sidekick to your Wellington.
