Except for major weather events, Christmas on Walnut Street is a RAIN OR SHINE festival
Kick-off the holiday season with the City of Green Cove Springs as Spring Park and downtown are transformed into a winter wonderland! During the day get photos with Santa in the Spring Park Pool Pavilion and stroll through our craft market, food trucks, and our display of 225 community-decorated Parade of Trees in Spring Park.
At 6:00 PM, downtown glows with the annual Green Cove Springs Christmas Parade, organized by the Green Cove Springs Business League, with over 50 floats lit with Christmas lights. This year, the City is excited to welcome Calaeb Dressel to the event and feature him at our "Hometown Hero."
To end the day, Spring Park puts on a light show of its own as the Parade of Trees are lit for the first night of the season.
