Doors Open: 4:00 PM
Bingo Begins: Approximately 6:45 PM
Event Ends: Approximately 9:00–9:30 PM

• 4:00 PM: Doors open! Guest check-in, small games of chance, and 50/50 sales begin.
• 4:00–6:00 PM: Dinner is served.
• 6:45 PM: Bingo games begin (approximately).
• 9:00–9:30 PM: Estimated event conclusion.

We encourage everyone to arrive when doors open at 4:00 PM to allow plenty of time to check in, enjoy dinner, purchase additional games, and get settled before bingo begins!

Your admission ticket includes:

• Reserved Seating: Select your own seats during checkout!
• 20 Regular Bingo Games: A 9-card package for all 20 regular games, each paying $500!
• $1,000 Early Bird Special: One 3-card sheet included with admission.
• Dinner: A delicious meal served from 4:00–6:00 PM.
• Dessert, Snacks & Beverages: Included with your admission!

PLEASE NOTE: The two $1,500 special games, $2,000 Last Game, and Winner Take All are NOT included with admission. These games must be purchased separately.

The prize depends on the number of cards sold. For example, if $1,500 worth of Winner Take All cards are purchased, the winner receives $1,500!

All additional games, raffles, and games of chance are optional and are not included with admission.

Come hungry! Your admission includes dinner, dessert, snacks, and beverages.

Dinner will be served from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Snacks and refreshments will also be available throughout the evening.

Guests are welcome to bring their own snacks and beverages if they wish.

Children under 8 years of age are not permitted to attend.

Every person entering the event must have a purchased admission ticket. This includes guests who are not participating in bingo or eating dinner.
