From 5pm to 7pm, you will be able to get aspecial one of kind night tour of the caboose.
Along with the tour, stations will be setup
inside the museum.
These stations are for both children and adults
to participate in:
1st station: Visit the quilt display in
the Layman Room while there decorates sugar
cookies, have a cup of hot chocolate, and listen
to a Christmas story.
2nd station: Christmas Elf Scavenger Hunt.
Come find our little Christmas elf in our exhibits.
If you find her, write down the exhibit number
she is in on your train ticket.
3rd station: Christmas Cards for Beatrice
Community Hospital Foundation. In the Medical
Room, come decorate Christmas cards for the
patients at the Beatrice Community Hospital.
Each family who comes to the event will
receive a paper train ticket. This ticket will
have the instructions for the scavenger hunt,
a place to write down the exhibit number our
elf is hiding in, and four punch spots for each
station including the caboose tour.
At each station, a volunteer will punch your
ticket. When you are about to leave, show your
ticket with the 4 punches, and the answer to the
scavenger hunt and get a prize!
