Join us for a festive, hands-on canning workshop where we’ll be making Cranberry Orange Pear Jam—also known as Christmas Jam! This recipe can be found on the Ball Canning Website. This seasonal favorite combines tart cranberries, sweet pears, and bright citrus to create a vibrant preserve that’s perfect for holiday gifts or your own pantry. Participants will learn safe, science-based water bath canning techniques step by step in a relaxed and friendly setting. Seating is limited to ensure a quality learning experience, and the class is free to the public. All materials and ingredients will be provided—just bring your curiosity and holiday spirit!
