About Mark Gregory :
Chef Mark Gregory, honoured as Master of Culinary Arts by The Royal Academy, is known for his appearances on ‘Ready Steady Cook’ and the BBC Good Food Show. He has cooked for royalty, presidents, movie stars, and sporting greats.
Mark was New Zealand Chef of the Year in the late 1980s, later winning British Chef of the Year, and in 1996 became the first New Zealander to receive the Meilleur Ouvrier de France for cooking.
He founded the DINEAID charity, helping raise funds for City Mission food banks during the Christmas season.
His new book, Christmas at the Castle, shares festive recipes, artisan gifts, and family games — celebrating the joy of cooking, giving, and togetherness.
