About this Event
The class will focus on initial ingredients, mixing process, dough formation, flavors and icing and decorating. The Italian egg cookie is made with egg, flavoring, flour, and sugar. The cookie dough is rolled into finger length strips and formed into a knot or spiral and baked then iced and decorated. Flavors include anise, vanilla, almond, lemon, and orange. You can also add non-periles for an added extra festive design.
