The Menu
Indulge in a carefully curated, three-course winter menu designed to comfort and delight.
Entrée: Roasted duck breast served with a crisp orange and fennel salad, drizzled with a sweet honey dressing.
Main: A decadent roast duo of pork porchetta and tender turkey breast. Served alongside crispy duck fat potatoes, heirloom carrots, garden peas, rich red wine jus, and classic cranberry sauce.
Dessert: Walnut-stuffed, maple-roasted apples topped with a dollop of rich vanilla mascarpone.
