Christmas In July Bingo and Brunch Fundraiser

Children feel completely forgotten during the Christmas season when a parent is in Pr*son. The statistics suggest 70% of children with incarcerated parents will end up in a similar situation if the community doesn’t intervene.

The Lotus Flower Project's goal is simple! First, we want to help kids cope with the holiday season when a parent is incarcerated by providing a holiday event just for them with food, games and toys. Secondly, to ease the financial burden often experienced by caregivers who care for them and in most cases their own children.

Last year, with your help, The Lotus Flower Project was able to sponsor 103 children. We anticipate that the need will be even greater this year. All proceeds from the Christmas in July Bingo will go towards our 4th Annual Toy Giveaway event.
