Our popular Sunday Classic Matinee series is getting screwy! Join us once a month from September through March as we highlight some of the wittiest and most charming films in the beloved Screwball Comedy genre. Created out of the aftermath of the Hays Code, which enforced strict morality rules on cinema — the films in this series offer a masterclass in disguising subversive messaging with fast-talking banter, laughter and innuendo.
