Indigo Arts and Crafts is an award-winning, unique holiday club experience for children of school age in the local area. Nestled in a beautiful semi-rural spot in the Lune Valley just a short drive over the Bay Gateway, we take a holistic approach to creativity, with a strong emphasis on nature and the world around us and a wide variety of creative activities that take place both indoors in a spacious community hall and outdoors in the expanse of surrounding greenery.
Children get the chance to use their imagination creatively through a wide range of fun and engaging, artistic and nature-themed activities from painting to junk-modelling, nature trails to Bushcraft skills, pottery to baking, gardening to guest workshops delivering enrichment experiences.
Indigo Arts and Crafts Holiday Club aims to 'inspire young minds creatively' where children leave with new skills, friendships and lots of happy memories.
Successfully running after school and holiday clubs in the Lancaster area for the last 18 years, our Creative Coordinator and Founder, Bobbie, has combined her love and profession of working with children and creativity, to create Indigo Arts and Crafts, developing and evolving year by year to make it the success it is today, in it's 10th year.
Our qualified, senior staff members have well over 60 years experience collectively, having worked with children from 0-18 in a variety of both private and educational settings, hold relevant qualifications, are regularly trained in First Aid, Safeguarding, Food Hygiene, Youth Mental Health and hold Enhanced DBS checks. We all share a collective passion for bringing happiness and inspiration to the lives of children, through our work.
For Christmas Holiday Club 2025, Indigo Arts & Crafts Holiday Club will be running for one day on Monday 22nd December from 10am-4pm, £25 per day (per child) or £22.50 (per child) for siblings attending together.
We will be hosting one full day of festive fun, where your children will be entertained with a jam-packed day making Christmas cards, decorations and sweet treats, watch a short Christmas film at lunchtime and finish the afternoon playing some unique, creative Christmas party team games with prizes to be won! It’s a great opportunity to keep the kids busy, allowing you to get organised with your final preparations for Christmas.
