Christmas Fused Glass Decorations

This Christmas-themed taster class will guide you through the basics of designing and creating fused glass Christmas decorations using a variety of pre-cut glass and accessories. You will create three items from the following festive options:
Christmas Tree, Gonk, Snowman, Santa, Penguin or a Christmas Wreath.
At the end of the workshop, these will be fired to a smooth finish in a kiln and will be ready for collection about one week later.
No matter what your ability, all are welcome to this friendly class. No prior experience necessary; all materials will be provided.
This workshop will be led by Helen Southwell, a glass artist and teacher based in Salisbury with over 40 years' experience in education. From her studio in Salisbury, Wiltshire, Helen makes kiln-formed and mosaic glass art for the home and garden as well as undertaking larger projects and stained-glass work on commission.
