Join us for a magical evening hike under the glow of a full moon, surrounded by the serene beauty of nature in its winter splendor.As the crisp winter air fills your lungs and the full moon rises above, you’ll explore the peaceful, moonlit trails of Palo Duro Canyon State Park, guided by our experienced naturalist. Along the way, you’ll hear stories of the season, festive traditions from the past, and the natural wonders that come alive in the quiet of the winter months.
We'll also take a moment to appreciate the tranquil beauty of the landscape—how the frozen earth and the bare trees look under the light of the moon, casting long shadows and adding an ethereal glow to the night.

Bring: Comfortable clothing and water.
Cost: Attendance to this event is open to the public and free AFTER regular day use or camping fees. Park admission is free with a Texas State Park Pass (purchased before event).
