Cooking class led by Executive Chef Michael Riggs, Ph.D. CEC CCA WCEC and Wine Tasting led by Wine Enthusiast Duncan Mckenzie. Classic French Cassoulet Dish with a Tasting of French Cremant, Cotes du Rhone, and Cabernet Franc. Classes are limited to 20 participants; everyone cooks with a partner. $65.00 per person for the tasting and cooking class.
