About your host:

I have enjoyed a varied and career, I worked for various luxury cosmetics and beauty brands, this led me to work as a freelance makeup artist, working with artists from the world of tv ,film and music. I decided to leave the media industry but was unsure what I wanted to to,it came to one day as I was sitting in my mum's garden which she tending to so lovingly I decided to retrain as a floral designer, creating bespoke bouquets, for weddings,and funeralsI open my stall in walthamstow selling not only flowers, but offering lifestyle item vases and beautiful artisan Candles. I have also launched a wellbeing range to my business.

We serve traditional wholesome Caribbean food, freshly prepared on site in E17 every day. The charcoal BBQ is at the centre of our cooking and brings out the best of our Jerk marinated meat and fish dishes. We also serve family favourites such as Curry Goat, Oxtail and Vegetable Rundown to complement our authentic Caribbean menu. We serve the food that we love and the food you love to eat. Come and join us and finish it off with a rum or a cocktail from our extensive range of rums from Islands of the Caribbean and beyond.
