Our talented caterers, The Flying Pig Kitchen, have crafted a menu filled with the finest seasonal ingredients to celebrate the season of gathering:
To Begin:
🍲 Creamy Broccoli Soup with herby croutons
🍷 A Mini Shot of Mulled Wine to welcome you into the evening
Main Course Selections:
🍂 Roast Turkey with pigs in blankets, sage and onion stuffing, bread sauce, cranberry, and gravy
🍂 Vegetarian Nut Roast—chestnuts, pumpkin seeds, and cranberries, a festive twist
Sides of roasted potatoes, braised red cabbage with apple, port, and spices, and a medley of green vegetables will accompany the main course.
To Finish:
🍰 A trio of indulgent festive treats:
- Mini Christmas pudding truffle
- Mulled fruit cheesecake
