Dec 24th Christmas Eve with Rudest Priest!Step out of the holiday rush and into the music.
This is a space to slow down, move freely, and reconnect during the Christmas season.
No choreography. No talking. Just a warm room, a shared floor, and music that invites you back into your body.
Come shake off the stress, soften into the moment, and let movement be your reset.
Rudest Priest has been a staple of the Ecstatic Dance community in Salt Lake City for nearly 10 years, and has expanded from being a dancer and yoga facilitator into a DJ. Over the last three years, he has expanded his stage performance into a multi instrumental blend of sounds, including drums, theremin, didgeridoo, samplers, synth, and vocal loops. The core of his sound is house, tech house, afro house and organica, with a sprinkling of bass music and strange and unique blends of eerie ambient sounds.

6pm: Yoga w/ Lindsay Hester
7pm: Opening circle
7:10pm: Ecstatic Dance w/Rudest Priest
9:15pm: Closing Circle

Cost:
$20
Movement/Yoga: Included with the cost, or $10 for just the Movement/Yoga class
Dance Tokens available for as little as $15 per event

Community Guidelines:
- Move however you wish, while respecting the space of those around you
- No talking on the dance floor, there is plenty of space in the temple for conversation
- We ask that you refrain from use of cell phones, photos, video, & strong scents during the dance
- Ecstatic Dance is a Drug & Alcohol Free Space
- Our dance is built on consent. It’s important to get a non-verbal invitation to dance with a partner, and we ask that you maintain that level of respect during and after the dance ends.
What To Bring:
- Comfortable, loose fitting clothes that freely allow movement
