The traditional Xmas Evv Freedom Parkrun in the Arbo using the 3 lap course to allow for a well lit run as it gets dark.If you can't do Christmas Day Parkrun, or maybe you're volunteering or just fancy an extra runout come along.
No barcode needed. You don't have to keep left. You do need to considerate of other Park users mind! You can time trial it or just have a nice chatty run round.
Dress up if you fancy it. Just a chance to get a nice evening run before the festivities begin.
