Possibly the most tradition thing you’ll see from Roots! We will have your favorite Christmas songs, a message, Holy Communion, and pass the candlelight remembering together the promise of God With Us (without the fear of wondering if the church is going to say something that denies your personhood!) We are a community that is just getting started that is rooted in Jesus, Justice, and Joy. We center LGBTQ, BIPOC, and young voices and believe that Jesus born among us is some really good news that deserves some major celebration. Make plans to worship with us at 7pm Christmas Eve.
