Pink Champagne sorbet with berry compote and apple shard
Main course...
Hand carved turkey breast served with thyme and cranberry stuffing,‘kilted’ sausages, twice cooked crispy roast potatoes and rich pan gravy
Medium rare roasted sirloin of Scottish beef served with baby watercress,herb and horseradish potato gratin
and red wine reduction
Maple roasted root vegetable tatin served with sweet potato crisps,
