This Christmas, set the stress of cooking and washing up aside and join us for a truly memorable celebration.Bring the whole family to Fairways Restaurant for a relaxed and festive Christmas Day. You'll be greeted with a celebratory glass of Prosecco on arrival (and a special arrival drink for the children) before sitting down to a sumptuous five-course carvery lunch.
Watch our talented chefs prepare a magnificent feast in our exhibition-style kitchen. Plus, Santa has promised a special gift for every child (up to 11 years) to make the day even more magical!
✨ THE MENU A five-course feast awaits, featuring:
Starters: Choose from Gin & Tonic Cured Salmon, Chicken & Ham Terrine, or a velvety Celeriac, Hazelnut & Truffle Soup (v).
From the Carvery: Select from Thyme Roasted Turkey, Honey Glazed Gammon, Sirloin of Beef, Herb Crusted Salmon, or a delicious Butternut, Hazelnut & Sage Tart (v).
Accompaniments: All the traditional trimmings, including pigs in blankets, garlic & thyme roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese, and pancetta sprouts.
Desserts: Indulge in Traditional Plum Pudding, S'mores Chocolate Cheesecake, or a refreshing Clementine Tart or a Cheeseboard, coffee, and mince pies will be served in Bar Vista.
