Christmas is around the corner! Time to break out the baking supplies!Chef Maia is excited to offer a series of THREE classes on making Christmas cookies, each with different flavours, techniques and skill levels.
For newbies to baking, Class One is starting with some basic Christmas standards, Snickerdoodles and Inside Out Red Velvet Cookies.
In this class you will:
* learn the secrets to perfectly golden, chewy cookies
* learn simple ways to dress up basic cookies
* discuss different ways to package cookies for gifting to friends, neighbours and co-workers.
You will leave class with 2 dozen delicious cookies to share with your family, give as gifts... or hide in your desk at the office.
