Join us at The Winery at Seven Springs Farm for a fun, hands-on class all about Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Easter Cacti!
These beautiful houseplants aren't just for the holidays! With proper care, Holiday Cacti can live for generations, becoming treasured plants passed down through families. They're gorgeous even when they're not blooming, and their colorful flowers make them especially beautiful during the holiday season.
Whether you're a seasoned plant lover or just getting started, this class is perfect for you!
🌵 What You'll Learn
Our knowledgeable instructor, Allen, will share his tips and secrets for growing beautiful, healthy Holiday Cacti, including:
- 🌸 The differences between Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Easter Cacti
- 🌺 The secrets to encouraging blooms and controlling when your plants flower
- 🪴 Proper potting techniques and the best growing mixes
- 💧 Watering and caring for your plants year-round
- 🌱 How to propagate new plants from cuttings
You'll even get to participate in a group demonstration where Allen will take a mature cactus, divide it into cuttings, and show everyone how to propagate their own plants!
🎁 You'll Take Home FOUR Holiday Cacti!
Your $45 ticket includes:
🌵 Three established, potted Holiday Cacti, each with a different bloom color. These plants have been growing all season and are expected to bloom this year!
🌱 One additional unrooted cactus cutting in a fourth color, ready for you to propagate at home.
🍷 One delicious, warming glass of spiced cider to enjoy during class.
🌸 Hands-on instruction, expert growing advice, and plenty of opportunities to ask questions!
Bloom colors may include red, white, yellow, orange, pink, and purple! Colors will vary based on availability.
Additional plants will also be available for purchase.

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to enjoy a wine tasting and discover your favorites before class begins!
🌿 A Few Things to Know
📍 Class will be held outdoors under our tent, rain or shine. Please dress for the weather.
🍷 A glass of spiced cider is included for guests 21 and older with a valid ID. Participants under 21 or without a valid ID are welcome and will receive a complimentary glass of grape juice instead.
🌵 All plants, materials, and instruction are included in your ticket price.
