🎄 Christmas Eve Lunch & Christmas Day Dinner at Oak & Vine Wellington

Oysters, sizzling grills, glazed ham and festive desserts. Christmas tastes better when someone else does the cooking.

Join us for a relaxed celebration at Oak & Vine Wellington with a generous buffet and a two-hour drinks package including house wines, beer and soft drinks. Start with a glass of bubbly and a freshly shucked oyster, then explore live grill stations, a curated charcuterie spread, seasonal salads and indulgent mains. Save room for dessert — we’re serving pavlovas, chocolate fondue and Christmas pudding with brandy sauce.

Whether you're joining us for lunch on Christmas Eve or dinner on Christmas Day, expect good food, good company and zero washing up.

Earthy and rich, made with sautéed mushrooms and finished with cream, garlic croutons.

Cheese & Charcuterie Station

A curated selection of aged cheeses, cured meats, olives, nuts, and dried fruits, served with artisan breads, crackers, chutneys, and honeycomb.


SALADS

Build-Your-Own Salad Station

Salad bar featuring two types of lettuce, assorted nuts, corn, chickpeas, cranberries, capsicums, cherry tomatoes, pickles, and a variety of dressings.

Apple, Walnut & Celery

Crunchy and refreshing, tossed in a light yogurt dressing with crisp apples, celery, and toasted walnuts.

Roasted Beet & Feta

Sweet roasted beets paired with arugula, walnuts, and creamy feta, finished with a balsamic glaze.

Pear & Blue Cheese

Juicy pears, candied pecans, and creamy blue cheese served over mixed greens for a festive flavour balance.

Kale & Pomegranate

Massaged kale leaves tossed with pomegranate seeds, pumpkin seeds, and a creamy tahini dressing.
