We are pleased to invite you to join us on campus for an evening of special music and scripture as we prepare for the Christmas season. “Christmas at Valpo: A Vespers Concert – Grace Unbounded, Love Divine” is a ticketed event sponsored by the Department of Music and the Division of Calling & Spiritual Life. Members of the two departments have come together to plan an inspirational evening that will include hymn singing, scripture, and prayers. Musical ensembles to be featured are Chorale, Treble Choir, Bass Choir, Bach Choir, Symphony Orchestra, and Chamber Concert Band.
We invite you to join us for a festive Christmas dinner before the concerts! This meal will feature a selection of Christmas dishes from around the world, reflecting Valparaiso University’s global influence and the international impact of the Lutheran tradition. Dinner attendees will have reserved seating at the concert. The dinner will be held both nights at 5:30 p.m. in the Harre Union Ballrooms and is an optional add-on to your concert ticket.
