Join our festive event with seasonal charity jewellery making workshops, children’s design competitions and goldsmith demonstrations.
Kickstart the season with our winter jewellery event, on Saturday 30th November. Surrounded by the splendour of our rustic North Herts Studio and Shop, near Hitchin, expect a fun-filled day dedicated to bespoke jewellery. And, of course, complimentary mince pies and mulled wine!
What To Expect
Watch as our goldsmiths demonstrate elements of the jewellery making process, live in our open-view workshop. Ask questions and discover the details, skills and techniques we use for each unique piece.
Alongside the merriments, let your own creative energy flow with our jewellery design workshop. Personalise your own sterling silver pendant or earrings as the perfect treat for yourself or a gift for someone special. £10 from each purchase is donated to local charity Garden House Hospice.
The 30th November is also the closing date for our children’s festive design competition. So, bring along your mini artists who can turn their festive ideas into a bauble design. We’ll have plenty of templates available, which they can enter for the chance to win their illustration hand-engraved onto a sterling silver disc bauble.
We’re also offering a complimentary jewellery cleaning service throughout the day. Bring along a few favourite items from your jewellery box and let us restore their sparkle, ready for a month of festive frivolities.
