Call out to all of our crafty Young Carers!! We are coming together this December in some crafty session at Craft and Coffee. There will be several tables with a variety of different themed crafts around Christmas, this can be either a decoration or maybe create a present for someone in your family or This event is just for registered young carers. Parents are then able to leave children with the activity team for the duration of the event. Transport is not provided, however please let a member of the team know if you are struggling but please be mindful we are only a small team.
