Getting excited about the upcoming 8 week Christian Style Yoga classes at Simcoside Lifepointe Church in Orillia. We are starting up again on Tuesday , Sept. 9th . 10am Chair Yoga, 11:15am Gentle Yoga. Crystal Rosewell will be teaching the 5:30pm Stretch and Strength Yoga class. Registration is open.
