Science is catching up to what God has known all along. Meditation has a positive/healing effect on the human brain. Recent brain imaging has confirmed that there are real anatomical changes that occur in the brains of those who regularly meditate. Yes, it takes practice, but we will gently guide you as you develop your meditation practice.
