Following the incredible response to our first Gospel fitness events, we’re bringing a new experience to London - a high-energy Christian dance cardio class designed to lift your spirit, strengthen your body, and connect you with like-minded people. This isn’t just a workout, it’s a space to move, reset, and grow in faith alongside others.

Led by an expert instructor, this 45-minute dance cardio session is set to uplifting gospel and worship tracks - high-energy praise music that encourages you to dance, helping you stay focused and present throughout. Whether you're completely new to dance cardio or already love it, the class is open to all fitness levels, with no pressure and no judgment.

After the session, stay and connect. Enjoy a free protein shake and take time to chat, laugh and meet new people. We’re building a space where faith and friendship can grow, and this is just the beginning.
