Guest Speaker

Jennifer Goldstock is a Nurse Practitioner who co-founded synRG Integrative Health and Wellness over 6 years ago. She is also a former international flight attendant and retired after 31 years of traveling the world. Her journey through her own personal health challenges, world travel and working with cancer and AIDS patients led her to realize the need for a fresh approach to wellness, one that fosters thriving rather than just surviving and providing a whole person health care approach to her patients.

Jennifer has lived and traveled all over the world and now lives in the Capital District with her husband Lenny Goldstock with whom she has two bonus children, Luke and Julia. Jennifer also serves on the Schenectady City Mission Board.
