David Livolsi, Tyger MacNeal, and Chris Vitarello bring decades of professional experience and diverse musical influences to the stage. Livolsi is a versatile bassist whose distinctive sound blends rock, jazz, funk, R&B, blues, fusion, and soul. A graduate of Western Connecticut State University, he has performed with artists including John Scofield, Roberta Flack, Bill Evans, Chieli Minucci, and many others. Drummer and percussionist Tyger MacNeal has toured internationally for decades, performing with Average White Band and spending nearly 25 years touring worldwide with legendary guitarist José Feliciano. He remains an in-demand session musician, producer, writer, and educator. Blues Hall of Fame guitarist Chris Vitarello has performed and recorded with Butch Trucks, Jimmy McGriff, John Hammond, Vanessa Collier, Bernard Purdie, and numerous others. Appearing on more than 30 albums, Vitarello continues to perform nationally and internationally while also serving as Worship Director at Walnut Hill Community Chur

Chris Vitarello is a gifted guitarist and a blues hall of famer. Inducted on November 14th 2013.Nominee and performer at the 32nd Blues Music Awards.(Chris O’Leary Band best new artist) and a Blues Blast winner. (Chris O’Leary Band 2013)

While Chris chooses blues to be the main part of his career, he also branches out and leans toward the jazzier side of things.

Chris also is a Worship Director at Walnut Hill Community Church in Bethel, Connecticut, where he helps facilitate musical direction and guidance for four campuses and over 60 volunteer musicians.

David Livolsi - Bass has work with such notable artists as, Chieli Minucci (Special EFX), John Scofield, Bill Evans, Jazz Is Dead, T Lavitz, Jerry Goodman, Roberta Flack, Maysa, Najee, Chuck Loeb, Sam Rivers, Kung Fu, John Tropea, David Spinozza, Nelson Rangell, The Delfonics, and many more.

David also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Western Connecticut State University. David's view on music was best summed up in a W.C.S.U. article which solicited his views; "Music is meant to be played with passion and honesty. Communicating with the other musicians through music and sound is how we connect".

Tyger MacNeal - Drums Tyger MacNeal has been an in demand studio and touring drummer for the past 3 decades. As a result, he has worked with some of the most established names in the music business such as the Four tops, Fifth Dimension, Rosemary Clooney, to name a few. Tyger also toured and recorded with the funk group the Average White Band and was a mainstay with Grammy Award winning guitar legend Jose Feliciano for 25 years. During that time he also was one of the first call drummers on the Broadway hit Mamma Mia as well as maintaining a busy freelance and teaching schedule.

In the event of a pandemic, rain, snow, or other forms of weather which prohibit a performance, the performance date will be postponed and rescheduled for another date within a reasonable amount of time. If the new date is postponed, a future alternate date will be picked at the discretion of Bethel Jazz and the musical artist. The ticket holder will be notified of postponements, cancelations, and rescheduled dates via email. Tickets are non-refundable and may be transferred to another person in the event a purchaser can not make the rescheduled date. In the event, an artist cancels a date, and Bethel Jazz is unable to reschedule the artist, Bethel Jazz reserves the right to provide a substitute performer of equal quality without notice to the ticket purchaser. If a date is canceled and not rescheduled, Bethel Jazz will provide a refund (in some cases minus the Eventbrite fee) or credit for another performance at the choice of the ticket holder. Bethel Jazz will always do its best to accommodate for changes in seating, table sizes, or changes to tickets.
