Submit this registration form and vendor fee to Meredith (mmeyer@chplnj.org) to reserve a vendor spot today. (Vendor Spot will be reserved once payment has been received.)
Vendor Fee can be paid by cash/check (checks payable to Cherry Hill Public Library) - bring to the Administration Office or pay with credit card online only (fees apply).

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notification is required one week prior to the event. If notice is not given by that time, payment will not be returned.
