About this Event
UMESHU has been consumed in Japan for over 1,000 years! Shinji Inaba is going to present the History of Umeshu & CHOYA, share the Role of UME, and discuss the Creative Use of Japanese Liqueurs. His talk will be followed by a Hands-On Workshop in which those attending will have the opportunity to make their own Umeshu, using Ume brought from Japan and Japanese & Canadian sugars.
