This concert marks the culmination of the Tuscany Choral Experience, led by Dr. Jennaya Robison of the National Lutheran Choir (USA). The ensemble brings together singers from across the United States and Canada, who have spent the past week in Lucca rehearsing and working closely together.
The program, Songs of Love and Life, explores themes of faith, love, and hope through a range of choral music spanning centuries. From early sacred works and Renaissance madrigals to spirituals and contemporary compositions, the repertoire reflects the many ways music gives voice to the human spirit.
