Hosted by Shae Danielle in collaboration with the newly opened, black woman-owned 718 Pilates studio, this event is all about community building and connecting with like-minded individuals.

At "Choose Your Flow," you'll have the opportunity to participate in either a Reformer or Mat Pilates session. Each session is intentionally kept small and intimate, ensuring that every participant receives the personalized attention they deserve.
