Choose Your Adventure: An Urban Roots Family Experience

Don't miss this opportunity to bring the family to Urban Roots Farm! We’ll begin by exploring the farm through a 5-senses scavenger hunt. Then, families will gather natural objects from around the property to create a piece of nature art and share it with the group. We’ll pause for reflection after each activity to help everyone integrate what they noticed and experienced. Coffee and light snacks available. All ages welcome!

The gathering will be facilitated by local therapist Meg Mattingly of Willow Tree Collective and social worker Brianna Cohen.
