About Your Host:
You never realize quite how strongly you’re tied to the food culture of your home country until you move to a new place...Nitu realized it when she moved to berlin 7 years back.
Her passion has always been to feed her family with fresh, nutritious and home cooked meals and never let them miss indian food.
But her love for food goes much deeper than that. She always loved learning family recipes from her grandmother and her mother while growing up, specially those that come from the princely state of rajasthan, where Nitus family is originally from. But after getting married at a very young age, she learnt and explored food from southern india being married into a south indian family from kerala.
