Chocolate Truffle Workshop

Join Chef Anna for a decadent, hands-on experience in the art of chocolate truffles. Watch as she demonstrates how to create the perfect base using rich dark chocolate, butter, cream, and vanilla, then roll up your sleeves to make your own. Each guest will receive their own batch of truffle base to hand-roll and finish with an assortment of luxurious toppings—think chopped nuts, toasted coconut, raspberry powder, and more.

You’ll package your creations in provided containers to take home, or simply enjoy them during class. For those who’d like to elevate the experience, red wine will be available for purchase to pair with your chocolates.
