You've been asking for chocolate classes, so here we go! This first class will focus on hand-rolled chocolate truffles. You'll make 2 different kinds and take home 24 of these little babies! I will provide all the ingredients and tools, you just bring your love of chocolate and your questions!
Pre-registration is required, and class is $65 per person ($50 for the class, and $15 for the materials kit).

About Your Instructor Sarah:
Join award-winning food and booze expert Sarah Cain, who has been teaching food and beverage classes for 20+ years. She is a former organic farmer, former sommelier, and currently a chocolatier – where she uses her own liqueurs and infusions in her confections. Her liqueurs have won multiple ribbons at the Alameda County Fair.
