Wiltshire Based Chocolatier Amy Levin will be visiting us for an exciting event all about Chocolate! Cost £10pp to include hot drink of your choice from the Cafe. So we know numbers, please let us know you can make it by message or confirm attendance on here.
Event Details:
How Artisan Chocolate is Made
- Where chocolate comes from and how it's processed
- How chocolate flavour is developed at different stages
- Tasting raw cocoa nibs and cocoa nibs roasted at different times and temperatures
- Observing making chocolate using a traditional stone grinder
- What goes into a batch of dark chocolate
- Taste it while it grinds
- Taste the finished product; chocolate bars
- Ask questions throughout the demo
- Opportunity to taste and purchase more chocolates afterwards
The event should last approximately 1 hour.
