In this workshop, your kids can experience the art of making chocolate and experiment with different ingredients and decorations.
They'll be walked through the entire chocolate-making process under the guidance of an experienced chocolatier and get to experiment with making of chocolates, chocolate lollypops and much more…
*All chocolates are theirs to take home!*
They will learn :
- Difference between compound and couverture
- Technique of melting chocolates
- How to make your favorites chocolates, using compound chocolate melt.
- Learn how to make white, milk, colored and dark chocolate beautifully molded for gifts.
*All the Materials will be provided.*
