Calling all MTCCVA members! We have a unique opportunity to swap our saddles for a front-row seat at one of the most exciting events of the summer.
The 2026 Chocolate City Criterium is taking over the streets of DC on August 15th, and they need our help to keep the wheels spinning. This isn't just about volunteering; it’s about deepening our connection to the local racing scene and supporting the community we love to ride in.
Why You Should Join Us:
Support Our Own: We’ve shared the road with several local cyclists at recent events—now it’s time to cheer them on as they go "full gas" in the heart of the city!
Behind-the-Scenes Access: As a volunteer, you’ll get an up-close look at the race. We’ll have the chance to engage in in-depth conversations with the athletes about their specific racing tactics, mental approach, and the precise nutrition required to compete at this level.
