4 courses, yeah right, featuring CHOCOLATE in every dish. From white to milk and dark chocolate in a variety of savory dishes and finishing with something sweet.
Could the chocolate be in a sauce? Maybe a cooking liquid? Or how about a marinade? Shoot, maybe I just make a ganache, smoke it then grill it. Would you like that?
