Join us for a delectable evening at Parkwood National Historic Site, where history and indulgence come together! In partnership with Oliver, "The Tasting Tutor" we will delve into the world of chocolate.
Having spent over 20 years in the chocolate industry in both Canada & Europe, Oliver uses this expertise along with his training as a Sommelier to take us on a delicious journey.
This unique experience will take you on a journey through the world of chocolate—from the origins of cacao beans to the fascinating history of chocolate-making. Learn how chocolate is crafted and discover the art of proper chocolate tasting.
To end the evening on a delicious note, we’ll pair select chocolates with two wine samples, exploring how flavors transform and enhance one another.
As a special treat, each guest will take home a bottle of wine! 🍾✨
