CHN's Annual Breast Cancer 5K Walk "Step into Hope"

Join Community HealthNet Health Centers for our inspiring Stepping Into Hope Breast Cancer Awareness 5K Walk—a powerful day of unity, strength, and community at Marquette Park Beach.

This special event brings together survivors, families, and supporters to walk in honor, remembrance, and hope. Guests will enjoy an uplifting opening ceremony, live music, local vendors, community resources, and meaningful moments that celebrate life and resilience.

Whether you're walking in support of a loved one, standing in solidarity, or simply looking to be part of something impactful, there’s a place for everyone.

We invite community partners, local businesses, and organizations to join us as sponsors and vendors—helping us expand awareness, provide resources, and continue making a difference in the lives of those we serve.

Get involved:

• Register to walk with us-either in person or virtually! Everyone is welcome and can complete registration here.
• Become a sponsor or vendor
• Donate to support our mission- Your $30 registration and donations supports diagnostic testing and healthcare services for uninsured and underinsured families.
• Churches organizations - The church ️with the largest number registered and raise the most support will receive special recognition.
• Greek Organizations -️ The sorority or fraternity with the largest number registered and raise the most support will receive special recognition.
• The largest team not church or greek organized will receive special recognition.

Individual Walkers, Walking Teams (10 Walkers or more), Vendors and Donations can register or donate by selecting the 👉 orange "Get Tickets" button.

The excitement begins at 9:00 a.m. Register now!! Avoid long lines and we can better prepare for you. ** Early registration helps your teams get counted.

On-site registration 9:00 a.m.

The walk will start at 10:00 a.m.

Line Dancing, Prizes and giveaways will begin at 11:00 a.m.

The $30 Walker fee includes your t-shirt that are available to pick up on site while supplies last. Be there by 9:00 a.m.

Additional donations can be mailed to Community HealthNet Health Centers, payable to Community HealthNet Inc.
