This event is your chance to make a difference in the lives of furry friends! Join us at PAWS Chicago Medical Center & Lurie Clinic for an afternoon of service. The visit starts with a short orientation followed by a service project. The service project may include things like cleaning, laundry, organizing donations, dishes, etc. depending on our needs that day. Then we conclude with animal socialization time.

What should we wear?

For practical reasons and safety purposes please follow the following protocol:

All clothes should be washable and items you would not mind getting dirty. Please wear long pants (required) and preferably a long-sleeved shirt as well, as well as rubber-soled, closed-toed shoes/sneakers. If anyone is not wearing appropriate attire, we will not be able to allow them to have any animal interaction.

Avoid wearing perfume/cologne as some pets react negatively to new odors and avoid wearing dangling jewelry
