Radiant Rest is always our most popular event of the year. Join us for a one day mini-retreat, or immerse yourself for the whole weekend. This is a retreat where you get to sleep in your own bed at night – Radiant Rest indeed!
A wide variety of yoga and meditation practices will be offered throughout the weekend, and each day will be uniquely themed to explore different elements of the embodiment of rest.
