Chipmas V : The Real Chipmas Was The Friends We Ate Along The Way

Hark! So comes the time of year to begin hoarding your chips for the most wonderful time of the year!
This year marks a milestone in our little potato based gathering, as we enter Chipmas V!!
Once again we will gather at Little Heldeke on Volta St. for an evening celebrating the most humble of snacks, the chip.
For those of you who might be attending for the first time, the simple rules are as follows.
1) The event is free, but all participants must provide chips for the feast!
2) The chip is not restricted to the potato. For the purpose of the event, we will consider any crispy, savoury snack to be a chip. (Corn chips, rye chips, seaweed, dried kimchi, popcorn)
3) This is a celebration of the weird and wonderful. We're not looking for the chips you can find at the supermarket, we want the strangest flavours from the furthest abroad.

4) Home made chips are not only allowed but encouraged!
5) Dips are not a requirement, but a welcome addition.
In the previous years we have surpassed a total of 100 bags of unique chips from a total of 30 countries. We hope that this year we surpass all of those numbers.
At the end of the night, we will crown our champion chip, and as always a special prize awaits anyone who can provide the feast with the coveted North Korean Chip.
So start hoarding your chips. Where ever you might travel, keep your eyes peeled.
