Pastor Chip and his wife Pastor Candace Brim have passionately devoted nearly 25 years to ministry, driven by a divine calling that has profoundly transformed their lives and the lives of countless others. In 1998, Pastor Chip received a powerful word from the Lord: "It’s time to train Champions for Christ. I have taught you to train champions in baseball; now it is time to train Champions for Christ. I desire for my people to be champions—people who always prevail in the Last Days." This pivotal moment confirmed the prophetic call Chip first received in 1986 during his father’s funeral, when Kenneth E. Hagin delivered a word from the Lord, affirming Chip’s call to preach.
Before stepping into ministry, both Pastor Chip and Pastor Candace made significant marks in education. Pastor Chip excelled as a coach at every level, from high school to professional baseball, leading championship teams and earning multiple accolades. Pastor Candace, an award-winning educator, was renowned for her dedication to teaching. In 1999, the Brims responded to God’s call, founding Champions 4 Christ—a global movement designed to empower believers to walk in the victory and authority of Christ.
Chip's transition from coaching to ministry was seamless, as he applied the same principles of leadership, strategy, and teamwork that led to his success on the field to building Champions for Christ in the Church. As he preaches, the Lord consistently affirms His Word through salvations, healings, deliverances, miracles, and visions, proving God’s unwavering faithfulness to His promises. The message of Champions 4 Christ has now reached audiences worldwide.
The Brims moved to Oklahoma in 2011, initially serving as associate pastors under Pastor Lee Morgans at A Glorious Church Fellowship- the home of Billye Brim Ministries in Collinsville, Oklahoma. In 2018, they assumed the role of Senior Pastors, with a renewed mission to equip believers as Champions for Christ, empowering them to stand strong in the authority and power of Jesus. The number "4" in the ministry’s name holds deep significance, symbolizing the Father, Son, Holy Spirit, and the believer—emphasizing the unity and divine empowerment every Christian possesses to walk in victory and fulfill God’s calling.
Pastors Chip and Candace Brim continue to lead Champions 4 Christ, igniting a movement that inspires believers to live in the fullness of God’s purpose. Through their leadership, they are raising up a new generation of champions, equipped with the power of the Holy Spirit to prevail and fulfill God’s divine purpose in the Last Days.
